MOLIT Apartment Complex Basic Information Service

Official MOLIT basic and detailed information for apartment complexes (K-apt member complexes). Call directly with GET /api/apt?kaptCode=A... with no auth key (complex code required; detail=1 returns detailed info). The server already has a data.go.kr key registered, so calls work immediately. Provides complex name, legal-district and road-name addresses, sales type, heating, unit count, builder, management, elevators, parking, CCTV, and transit and amenity info.

API keys live only on the server. Clients asking for keys directly cannot use this route.
Each provider has a daily quota. Over-quota calls return 429 and are blocked.
Provider outages or over-quota errors are passed through. Check the error field before retrying.
