Agent token issuance guide
To use the agency API broker (/agencatalog/api/call) you need a token issued by the operator.
How to get a token
- Contact the operator below with your purpose, the target agency API, and your expected call volume.
- After review, the operator issues a token to use in the
X-Agent-Tokenheader. - Send the issued token in the
X-Agent-Tokenheader of every broker call.
Important notes
- This page does not provide self-service automatic issuance. Tokens are issued manually by the operator.
- Some features work without a token. Korean law lookups served from our internal DB (
target=law) and free APIs such as the KMA short-term forecast can be called with no token. - Other agency data (precedents, local ordinances, administrative rules, ...) requires an issued token, and only the items approved by the operator can be called.
- Each token has a per-provider daily limit. Exceeding it returns 429.
- Keep your token safe. If it is exposed, contact the operator immediately for reissuance.
Contact
For token issuance and integration questions, contact the site operator. Keys you obtain directly from individual agency portals (e.g. open.law.go.kr) are separate from this broker token.
